I am a native of St. Petersburg, Florida and graduated from Florida State University. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, throughout Florida and in Boston. I have an appetite for creativity, love teaching and am forever learning and evolving in my career with food.
If I’m not in the kitchen doing research and development, I am spending time with my husband and three girls on our mini farm in Western North Carolina. I have had the opportunity to work under so many strong, versatile, and competent chefs in the industry, which has given me the backbone to help develop extraordinary flavor profiles.
I am influenced by ingredients and am excited to apply my love of farm-driven ingredients to our soups. I am so grateful to be working alongside a team of like-minded, passionate people and to share our creations. In restaurants, soup is often a quick meal to grab to get us through a hectic service – a quick way to nourish our bodies to sustain the tasks ahead. We hope soup meets that need for you too.
